RuleGate Challenge terms

Version 2026-11-01. These terms supplement the RuleGate Terms.

The offer

RuleGate (operated by Andrey Boyukliev, Burgas, Bulgaria) may select a limited number of applicants to receive free access to the Starter plan for the period stated on the challenge page. No payment details are collected and no subscription is created. Access ends automatically, after which the account returns to the Free plan unless the participant chooses to purchase a plan.

Selection

Applying does not guarantee selection. Participants are selected at RuleGate's discretion, for example to include a range of trading experience. One application per email address. Accounts that already have an active paid plan, and accounts that have previously received campaign access, are not eligible for the grant. RuleGate may close applications, change capacity or end the campaign at any time; access already granted is not withdrawn except for misuse.

Claiming access

Selected applicants receive a personal claim link by email. Access is claimed by signing in to a RuleGate account with the same email address used to apply. Claim links expire and cannot be transferred.

Feedback reward

After a configured number of days of actual use, active participants may be invited to complete an optional feedback survey. A complete submission extends Starter access once by the period stated in the invitation, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. Testimonials are only published with explicit, separate consent, which can be withdrawn by contacting privacy@rulegate.app.

Privacy notice

For the challenge we process your email address, trading experience, optional motivation text, consent records, campaign attribution (UTM parameters), a salted hash of connection details used only to prevent spam, and, if you participate, product usage counts and survey answers. We use this to review applications, grant and manage access, send campaign emails and improve RuleGate. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in running the campaign; optional marketing emails rely on your consent. Emails are sent through our email provider listed on the subprocessors page. Application data for unsuccessful applicants is deleted within 6 months of the campaign closing; participant data is kept for as long as the account exists or as required by law.
