Terms of Service

RuleGate is operated by Andrey Boyukliev, Independent developer and operator of RuleGate, from Burgas, Bulgaria. These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator when you create an account, buy a subscription, connect an integration, or otherwise use the Service.

You must read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Trading Risk Disclaimer, and, for paid plans, the Subscription and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

• You are responsible for your password, connected accounts, devices, and activity under your account.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan or access restrictions.
• RuleGate may require reasonable verification before sensitive account, privacy, or billing actions.

RuleGate is a trading journal, planning, pre-trade discipline, analytics, and review workflow. Features may include Daily Plan, Gate Check, Journal, Review Queue, Calendar, Daily Review, Stats, screenshots, broker or exchange imports, and future RuleGate Insights.

Free, Starter, and Pro features are described on the Pricing page. Feature scope may evolve, but paid users will receive reasonable notice of material adverse changes where required. Complimentary or manual access grants are discretionary, may have separate expiry terms, do not create a paid subscription, and may be changed or withdrawn unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Starter and Pro may be offered as monthly or annual recurring subscriptions. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details; RuleGate does not receive or store full card details.

• Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until canceled.
• The checkout page shows the selected plan, billing interval, price, currency, and applicable taxes before payment.
• You authorize recurring charges to the payment method managed through Stripe.
• Failed or past-due payments may trigger retries, a temporary grace period, feature restriction, or subscription cancellation.
• Upgrades, downgrades, credits, and prorations follow the amount shown in Stripe Checkout or Customer Portal before confirmation.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until then.

Refund requests, duplicate charges, service interruptions, and statutory consumer rights are addressed in the Subscription and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Supported integrations may include MT5 through MetaApi, Bybit, and other brokers or exchanges. Availability, eligibility, rate limits, history coverage, and data quality depend on third parties.

• RuleGate integrations are read-only where described and do not place, modify, or cancel trades.
• You must be authorized to connect each account and provide each credential or OAuth permission.
• Use the least-privileged, read-only, or investor credential whenever available.
• Credentials and tokens are encrypted and handled server-side, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
• You may disconnect an integration. Imported records may remain in your journal until deleted.
• Do not connect another person's account or use integrations in breach of provider rules or law.

You retain ownership of journal entries, plans, reviews, notes, screenshots, and other content you provide. You grant the operator a limited license to host, process, back up, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You must have the right to upload content and must not upload unlawful material, malware, confidential information belonging to others, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. Screenshots may contain sensitive account information; review them before uploading.

Use RuleGate lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Service or other users.

• Do not probe, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service except where law expressly permits.
• Do not bypass subscription, entitlement, rate, account, or security controls.
• Do not misuse APIs, integration credentials, OAuth flows, webhooks, storage, or automated synchronization.
• Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent payment information, or use the Service for unlawful financial activity.
• Do not upload secrets, executable malware, abusive content, or data you are not entitled to process.
• Do not resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

Beta, experimental, and preview features may be incomplete, changed, paused, or withdrawn. The Service may experience maintenance, outages, delays, synchronization gaps, provider failures, or data errors. Reasonable efforts will be made to operate the Service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, MetaApi, Bybit, brokers, exchanges, and other providers control their own systems and terms. RuleGate is not responsible for third-party decisions or systems outside the operator's reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.

RuleGate Insights and coaching features may identify statistical or behavioural patterns in user-provided data. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• RuleGate does not provide trade signals or decide whether you should trade.
• RuleGate does not guarantee profitability, trading success, funded-account approval, payouts, or improved financial results.
• You remain solely responsible for every trading and risk-management decision.
• Read the Trading Risk Disclaimer before using trading-related features.

The operator may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, provider requirements, or risk to the Service. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

You may stop using RuleGate, cancel a paid subscription through Stripe Customer Portal, and request account deletion. Active billing should be resolved first. Deletion covers account and application data, integrations, encrypted credentials, and stored screenshots, while limited billing, fraud, consent, security, or audit records may be retained where law or legitimate protection requires. Restricted backups may expire on their normal cycle.

RuleGate software, design, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

If you submit feedback, you permit the operator to use it without restriction or payment to improve RuleGate. This does not transfer ownership of your private journal or trading data.

You are responsible for your trading activity, account security, connected-account authorization, and the accuracy of information you provide. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of a breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care.

The operator is not liable for trading losses, market movements, decisions made using incomplete data, or third-party failures outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Courts and dispute mechanisms available under mandatory law remain available.

Terms may change for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and, where appropriate, require renewed acknowledgement. Continued use after an effective change may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
