Trading Risk Disclaimer

RuleGate is a journaling, analytics, planning, review, and trading-discipline tool. It helps users organize their own rules and data. It is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

• RuleGate does not provide trade signals or personalized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold an instrument.
• RuleGate does not place, modify, manage, or cancel trades.
• Broker and exchange integrations are read-only where described.
• Users remain responsible for all trading, risk, tax, legal, and account decisions.

Trading involves substantial risk. Leveraged products can magnify gains and losses, create losses quickly, and may not be suitable for every person. You may lose some or all capital and, depending on the product and account, potentially more than the amount initially committed.

Only trade products you understand, use risk controls appropriate to your circumstances, and obtain independent professional advice where needed.

Imported records, calculations, PnL, fees, sessions, discipline scores, statistics, and RuleGate Insights may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, reconstructed, or incorrect. Always compare important records with the broker or exchange source.

RuleGate Insights may detect statistical or behavioural patterns in the information available to the Service. They do not predict markets, guarantee better decisions, or replace professional advice.

Brokers, exchanges, integration providers, and proprietary trading firms control their own systems, execution, pricing, records, rules, eligibility, account decisions, and payouts. Their terms and rules may change without RuleGate's control.

RuleGate does not guarantee funded-account approval, continued eligibility, account status, or any proprietary trading firm payout.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• A high Discipline Score does not guarantee a profitable outcome.
• A profitable outcome does not prove disciplined execution.
• RuleGate does not guarantee profitability, trading success, funding, payouts, or improved financial results.
• No product workflow can eliminate emotional, operational, market, or counterparty risk.

You decide whether to trade, what to trade, position size, leverage, entries, exits, and risk limits. A RuleGate Coach state or other workflow state is an aid based on entered data, not permission or advice from RuleGate. If information is missing, delayed, or uncertain, do not rely on the Service as the sole source for a trading decision.
